Valentines Concert at Telemark

February 12, 2023 Posted by Mike Edwards

Tuesday Feb 14th 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Join us for a fun evening at the Telemark Valentines Celebration with live music by CRISPRR.

CRISPRR is a fun, friendly, Kelowna based 4 person live band made up mostly of Telemark Club members.  They play mainly upbeat dance-able cover tunes  with a few originals thrown in.

Come up to Telemark early for a romantic ski or snowshoe under the glow of our trail lights and then enjoy the music with a “Snow Dance” outside in the Telemark stadium area. The concert is FREE and we  will be offering a special $10 rental & trail pass deal for guests, and of course, free hot chocolate for everybody.  This is a no alcohol family friendly event.

New Panorama Cabin – Fundraiser

January 22, 2023 Posted by Mike Edwards

Telemark is excited to announce that we will be building a long awaited warming cabin on our trails.   The new cabin is planned for a spectacular spot overlooking the Okanagan valley 1/2 way along the Panorama Ridge ski and snowshoe trails.  The cabin will provide a challenging yet accessible destination for everybody as well as shelter for those needing a rest while on a longer adventure.

The cabin will be made to modern building standards complete with covered deck space, heat and solar power.  The total cost is budgeted at over $100,000.  While we have some $ set aside and are making funding applications we need your help to raise the money to build the Panorama Cabin. This is our main Club fundraiser this year and we are hoping to raise $50,000.

We hope you are as excited by the Panorama cabin as we are. Please make a donation through our Canada Helps Fundraising Platform. It is easy to donate and the best part is that you get a tax receipt though our fundraising partnership with Nordiq Canada.

Please give generously to make this dream a reality!
