No-One Left Behind Policy

Our not-for-profit sport club has a no-one left behind policy. If you would like to join our club, a team or program, and can’t afford to, we might be able to help out. If this is the case, call Mike Edwards at ‭(250) 707-5925.

Season Pass Cards

Season Pass cards are available for pick-up at the Telemark day lodge when we open for the season. Please pick-up your pass the first time you come skiing. The passes will once again have RFID tracking in case we need to do COVID contact tracing and also to collect skier visitation statistics. We will not keep track of individual usage statistics but each pass will have a unique ID and we will be able to see individual user statistics if needed.

Season Pass/Membership Cancellation/Refund

Season Pass/Membership Cancellation/Refund:  The Season Pass/Membership year runs from November 1 until October 31. Season pass/Membership dues are established on an annual basis by the Club Executive. Season Pass/Membership dues are non-refundable. However, in special cases, where an individual is unable to ski in a season, all or part of the dues paid may be refunded at the discretion of the Club on a prorated basis. Refunds may only be requested for the current Season pass/Membership year. We do not transfer passes to the next season.

Club policy on Youth Programs, Masters Programs or other program refunds: The club will offer a refund if someone is unable to participate in a program due to a medical or other legitimate reason. The refund will be on prorated basis.

COVID-19 Refund Policy: We fully intend and expect to operate and groom all winter. If we are unable to operate/groom due to COVID-19 this season we will give refunds on season pass/memberships and programs on a prorated basis depending on when we are unable to continue to operate or offer a program and the expected length of the season.

Note: There will be a $25 admin fee deducted for all refunds for unrecoverable costs to the Club. Also, processing fees paid on the original registration are non-refundable.
