Youth development program registration (Bunnyrabbits, Jackrabbits, Track Attack,) is integrated into the Season Pass registration. The deadline for program registration is Oct 31, 2022 but the Youth Programs sell out quickly so it is good to register early.

* Most processing fees are now included in the price but there a $1.50 Zone 4 processing fee per person.
Example: An adult early-bird season pass costs a total of $194.80 ($166 Base Rate + $8.30 GST + $19 CCBC/NQ Fee + $1.50 Z4 fee). We show the fees separately rather than have an all inclusive price to be transparent and let you know exactly where all your $ are going.

K9 Dog Trail Season Pass
The K9 ONLY Season pass includes unlimited skiing and/or snowshoeing on our K9 dog trails. There is a 3km ski loop as well as approximately 8km of snowshoe trails. Dogs are welcome off leash. It is OK to leave dog waste if it is well off the trail. If you use a doggie bag for the dog waste please pack it out and take it with you.
Family
A family is defined as parent(s) or legal guardians and their dependant children aged 18 and under and/or full-time students living in the same household.
Students
Full-time/part-time students 19yrs+ are eligible for Youth rates on season pass purchases only – not daily trail passes. Student card or other proof of student status must be presented.
Special Olympics/Adaptive
A maximum of 2 accompanying Coaches and/or support people are provided with a complimentary day pass as needed for each Special Olympics/Adaptive skier member.
Team Telemark Programs Equipment Rentals
Telemark Nordic Club has rental equipment available for all youth programs. The cost for renting skis, boots and poles for the Bunnyrabbit and Jackrabbit U6&U8 for the 2022-2023 season is $72 (+GST). The cost for the Jackrabbit U10-U12 and Adventurer for the 2022-2023 season is $92 (+GST). The youth program rentals are for the days of the program only. Child ski rentals are available on non-program days at the normal rental rate. You can also rent equipment for the programs each time you come, but you must pay at the office first before the rental equipment will be handed out.
No-One Left Behind Policy
Telemark has a no-one left behind policy. If you would like to join our club, a team or program, and can’t afford to, we might be able to help out. If this is the case, contact Mike Edwards at (250) 707-5925 or gm@telemarknordic.com
Season Pass Cards
Season Pass cards are available for pick-up at the Telemark day lodge when we open for the season. Please pick-up your pass the first time you come skiing.
Season Pass/Membership Cancellation/Refund
Season Pass/Membership Cancellation/Refund: The Season Pass/Membership year runs from November 1 until October 31. Season pass/Membership dues are established on an annual basis by the Club Executive. Season Pass/Membership dues are non-refundable. However, in special cases, where an individual is unable to ski in a season, all or part of the dues paid may be refunded at the discretion of the Club on a prorated basis. Refunds may only be requested for the current Season pass/Membership year. We do not transfer passes to the next season.
Club policy on Youth Programs, Masters Programs or other program refunds: The club will offer a refund if someone is unable to participate in a program due to a medical or other legitimate reason. The refund will be on prorated basis.
Note: There will be a $30 admin fee deducted for all refunds for unrecoverable costs to the Club.
