Are you willing to serve your club by volunteering for a one year term on the Board of Directors? The commitment required for a rewarding and enjoyable experience is to attend a 2-hour board meeting once per month where you will participate in discussions about everything skiing and snow.  Most board members will also take on an additional project to help develop and enhance our club. Detailed job description here In accordance with the club bylaws all board positions are open for nominations and election each year.  This year we will have a board of 12 directors with one vacancy due to a retiring board member: Director, Biathlon The remaining board positions have returning incumbents but nominations for all positions are welcome: President Vice President Past President Treasurer Secretary Director, Grooming and Ski Trails Director, Snowshoeing Director, Youth & Masters Programs Director, XC Junior Racing Director, Special Olympics Director at Large Please submit nominations by email to nominations@telemarknordic.com.  Nominations close on Sunday Oct 13th, 2019. Nominations will not be accepted from the floor during the AGM. The AGM will take place at The Telemark Nordic Centre chalet on Saturday November 2nd, 2019.

Kal Tire is a proud supporter of  cross-country skiing in BC through sponsorship of the CCBC Bunny and Jackrabbit programs.  Telemark received a $2800 grant this year through Kal Tire/CCBC to help improve our playground area for our kids programs. Supporting Kal tire supports our Club directly. If you need tires please go to Kal Tire by SEPT 30th to take advantage of the savings and help our kids.
