This year the Team Telemark fundraiser is joining the Nordiq Canada Nationwide “100 CAMPAIGN”. This is a fundraiser aimed at raising $100,000 for Clubs to celebrate 100 years of XC skiing in Canada. Click for more info. Our goal is to raise $20,000. Telemark is the top fundraising Club in BC so far. Let’s keep it going! 95% of the funds raised by Telemark donors come directly back to Telemark to support the Team Telemark competitive programs.
Tax Receipt: Normally Telemark cannot offer tax receipts for donations but with this fundraiser a tax receipt will be given through Nordiq Canada. Take advantage of this while you can.
Matching funds: Cross-Country BC is adding a matching funds incentive with $800 in matching funds on the first $1600 raised. In addition an anonymous donor has committed $4000 in direct matching funds just for Telemark. So the first $5600 raised by Telemark are matched by an additional $4800 bringing the total up to $10,400 which is more than half way to our goal.
