We have 15 cm of snow at the lodge and 30 cm at mid stations. We have rolled the more common trails. We need about 20 cm more to open skiing and snowshoeing. They are calling for snow. Watch here and Facebook for more information.

Season Opening Information
It is starting to feel like winter at Telemark. Our opening date is determined by snow depths, so it is hard to put to a date. When we have 45 cm of snow on the trails we can start grooming, and open soon after for X-C Skiing. Snowshoeing will open at the same time. When we are going to open we will post the information on the Notice Board of the website www.telemarknordic.com and on our Facebook site. We will also send an email to our current members to let you know of the opening date. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Women’s Weekday Snowshoe Group
We are hoping to have the women’s snowshoe group again this year on a weekday morning, starting early in January. This is a fun and casual group that meets during the week to snowshoe Telemark’s trails. Attendance has been excellent. We are currently looking for a volunteer to lead the group. Being the leader does not take a great deal of time. You meet one morning on a weekday, at the starting time that you can set, as the leader of the group. All fees are collected by the office staff. For more information contact Ron Earle at 250 212-0704 or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org .
